Welcome to Elexa Elegance Beauty. Please read our T&C very carefully as by making a booking with us you will automatically agree to them.
Deposits are required to secure all appointments. We can hold an appointment for 24 hours only without a deposit. Payment can be made over the phone using any major credit or debit card, alternatively a bank transfer or at the salon ahead of the treatment in cash. A deposit is only refundable is the cancellation is made giving 48 hours notice.
Change of appointment or cancellation MUST be made 48 hours before. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit or pre paid full amount or voucher. This also applies to gift voucher bookings, and Groupon bookings.
To reschedule an appointment outside of our cancellation policy a £12 fee will be applied.
If you fail to show for an appointment you will lose your deposit or pre-payment. If no deposit was paid and the appointment was missed the appointment amount payable will be transferred to your next appointment. No payment no appointment. You will then be required to pre-pay ALL future appointments.
We can only hold an appointment for 24 hours unless we receive a deposit or voucher code number. Failing to provide us with these will result in your appointment being automatically cancelled.
Groupon offers are for NEW clients only. This is in the small print of your Groupon voucher. We have the right to refuse a voucher from an existing client as this is against our terms and of your voucher, we will ask you at the time of your booking. You are able to claim a refund from Groupon.
When making a booking with a groupon voucher you MUST provide The security code for your voucher. We can not confirm your booking without this, failure to provide this will result in your booking being cancelled. We will only hold your booking for 24 hours without the security code. After that time lapses we will cancel it if you have not provided it to us via email or by phone call.
No Show - The same rule (above) applies to groupon vouchers. If you fail to show for a scheduled appointment you will fore fit your voucher. No refunds!
*Not arriving on time for a booked appointment on time will result in reduced treatment time or no appointment & you will be charged for the full appointment, we will try and accommodate your booking but on occasions this may not be possible and you will be charged for the full appointment.
*After care advice will be given verbally for ALL treatments & can also be found below our terms & conditions. All clients will be reminded of where to find the after care via our website. Printed aftercare is also available please ask for these before the end of your appointment.
*We will happily correct a problem should you contact us. If there is a problem with a treatment you MUST contact us straight away (2 to 3 days after appointment NOT several weeks after) while the problem can still be rectified, failure to do so will result in us not being able to correct. We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our upmost to resolve any problems however all treatments MUST be paid for. If you decide you dislike the results of a treatment (nails/lashes/hair extensions/brow extensions/shellac during your booking, We have the right to charge you for the treatment and a removal. **excluding an error on our part. Any questions must be asked during the consultation
*Nail/toe and lash appointments - you must arrive with no gel/shellac polish on the nails. our nail /lash appoinment (excluding semi permanent lashes infils) DO NOT include removal. If you wish to have a removal please say so at the time of booking as we allocate a time slot for your appointment and removal does take extra time and is chargeable. If you arrive with polish/lashes on without stating we have the right refuse your appointment/and or charge you for removal. You will be charged for the full appointment.
Patch Testing is required for brow/lash tints, cluster lases, individual, hybrid, russian lashes and brow extensions. this will be carried out no later than 24 hours before your appointment. you will be required to read our patch test statement and sign our book/form to state that you agree to it. if a reaction occurs before your appointment it is your responsibility to let us know. in this instance we can re-patch test you with alternative products. If no reaction occurs and you are happy to go ahead with the fitting/tinting then your treatment will be carried out.
**Please note - a reaction my still occur in a small number of people. we will ask you throughout the process if any irritation occurs, it is your responsibility to alert us of any increased sensitivity.
Delayed reactions can occur 24-48 hours later. Your treatment will be carried out by a trained insured experienced professional, a full consultation will be carried out. Despite patch testing you, eye irritations can still occur. No patch test can guarantee fully against any sort of allergies. Elexa Elegance are not responsible for reactions occured after a fitting/tinting if the correct patch test has been carried out. No refunds will be given.
For tint, we patch test behind the ear
For lashes, behind the ear & or having a lash fitted to the outer corner of the eye.
Lash Infills- we have set prices for lash infills,however if you turn up for an infill and you have lost over 50 percent, you will be charged for a full set. Timings are set for infills but if more work is required you will be charged accordingly.
*Please note ALL treatment times are approximate and can run over for a number of reasons. It is your responsibility if parking to allow extra time on the ticket as ALL times are approximate. Elexa Elegance are not accountable for costs incured.
During quiet times we may open the salon a little later or close a little earlier at our own discretion. If you do ot have an appointment we advise calling ahead.
Booking your therapist - unless you specify that you want to be booked in with a particular therapist you will be booked in with the next available therapsit. If your therapist becomes unwell or unable to work you will be moved to the next available qualified therapist. Please state at the time of booking if you do not want to be booked in with an alternativemember of staff.
*Gift vouchers must be used within the time stated on the voucher and are non transferable.
*You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details - which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.
We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
*We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
*Clients and visitors are reminded to keep belongings with them at all times. Elexa Elegance will not be held responsible for loss of belongings left in public areas.
*In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off or on silent for the full duration of your time at the salon.
We are a ladies only salon however at our own discretion we may allow males for some treatments.
CCTV is operational in the communal areas of the salon. this is for the protection of our clients and staff. Please note there is no cctv in treatment rooms.
Elexa Elegance can not accept responsibilty for noise pollution during treatment. Sirens, Traffic, Roadwork. This is deemed beyond our control. no refunds will be given as the full service will always be provided.
Childens pamper parties - ALL children attending the party MUST have a completed parental consent form. failure to provide a completed form will result in no treatments given. All parents must sign a deposit and damages form as any damages MUST be paid for before the party ends.
No filming or photos are permitted to be taken within Elexa Elegance without prior written permission, falure to do so may result in legal action being taken against you.
*Elexa Elegance have the right to refuse a booking at any time. Elexa Elegance will not tolerate unacceptable language, rude or threatening unpleasant behavior, In these circumstances we have the right to ask you to leave our premises and not return. Any refusal to leave will result in the police being called.
*By booking with Elexa Elegance you AUTOMATICALLY accept and agree to these terms & conditions.
