Elexa Elegance T&C

 

*All clients MUST  have a medical consultation and complete a medical questionnaire prior to treatment

 

* Some treatments require a 48 hour patch before treatment. No waivers! Patch tests on some treatments are a must! All clients are required to complete a medical consultation card before treatment to ensure there are no contraindications which may prevent your treatment. If your medical circumstances change you MUST let Elexa Elegance know ahead of your next appointment. It is your responsibility to let your therapist know!

 

* Deposit required to secure  appointments of 1 hour and over. Payment can be made via paypal, bank transfer or at the salon ahead of the treatment.

Change of appointment or cancellation MUST be made 24 hours before. Failure to do so will incur a charge/Rechedulling charge of £10 and/or loss of deposit. This also applies to gift voucher bookings, groupon/living docial and others.

 

*Not arriving for a booked appointment on time will result in reduced treatment time & you will be charged for the full appointment,

 If you fail to show for an appointment you will be invoiced for 50% of the treatment cost that you failed to show for asked for a deposit or full payments in advance to secure all future appointments with us. No refunds will be given.

Refunds for deposits will only be given should you cancel 24 hours before and no less!

 

*After care advice will be given verbally for ALL treatments & can also be found below our terms & conditions. All clients will be reminded of where to find the after care via our website. Printed aftercare is also available please ask for these before the end of your appointment.

 

*We will happily correct a problem should you contact us. If there is a problem with a treatment you MUST contact us straight away  (2 to 3 days after appointment NOT several weeks after) while the problem can still be rectified, failure to do so will result in us not being able to correct. We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our upmost to resolve any problems however all treatments MUST be paid for.  If you decide you dislike the results of a  treatment (nails/lashes/hair extensions/brow extensions/shellac during your booking, We have the right to charge you for the treatment and a removal. **excluding an error on our part. Any questions must be asked during the consultation

 

*Nail/toe and lash appointments -  you must arrive with no gel/shellac polish on the nails. our nail /lash appoinment (excluding semi permanent lashes infils) DO NOT include removal. If you wish to have a removal please say so at the time of booking as we allocate a time slot for your appointment and removal does take extra time and is chargeable. If you arrive with polish/lashes on  without stating we have the right refuse your appointment/and or charge you for removal.

 

*Please note ALL treatment times are approximate and can run over for a number of reasons. It is your responsibility if parking to allow extra time on the ticket as ALL times are approximate. Elexa Elegance are not accountable for costs incured.

 

*Gift vouchers must be used within the time stated on the voucher and are non transferable.

 

*You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details - which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.

 

*We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. There is a £1 charge for all card transactions. £2 charge for card payments £50 and over.

*Clients and visitors are reminded to keep belongings with them at all times. Elexa Elegance will not be held responsible for loss of belongings left in public areas.

 

*In the interest of comfort of all our clients,  and of our neighbouring business please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off for the full duration of your time at the salon.

*Elexa Elegance have the right to refuse a booking at any time. Elexa Elegance will not tolerate unaceptable language or threatning unpleasent behaviour,  In these circumstances we have the right to ask you to leave our premises and not return.

 

 

 

*By booking with Elexa Elegance you accept and agree to these terms & conditions.
